The course is suitable for those with at least 2 years practise of Yoga and wish to develop their studies further. It is also an ideal preparation for those who wish to train as Yoga teachers. Foundation Course by Distance Learning
for those having difficulty finding a Foundation Course locally at the right time.
The course follows the BWY Foundation Course syllabus.
Course material is delivered initially in hard copy format. There is also supporting material of CD's, and video clips via a dedicated page on Facebook.
Practice sheets are sent and returned back on line.
If you are wishing to proceed on to Diploma Teacher Training, then first ascertain the dates for upcoming Diploma courses in your area.
There are 10 assignments, spread over 12 months. One or two course dates per year.
The course 12/R2/FC30 starting in February, is now full.
The next course 12/R2/FC31 will begin in the summer.
The last date for Application for this course will be June 1st 2012.
The Application process is in three stages, with no commitment. There is email and phone contact during this time.

CRITERIA - evidence of a minimum of two years regular attendance in a yoga class. This refers typically to a class or classes of one and a half hours or more with a varied programme of progression. Drop in 45 minute or 1 hour classes will not usually meet the criteria in hours or progression.
