3. The course material on the pelvic floor related to the Hatha Yoga Pradipika.
4. The use of the practice diary to evaluate.

OBJECTIVES – we will have practiced and considered:
1. Jalandhara Bandha and Uddiyana Bandha
2. Janusirsasana for Maha Mudra with modifications where needed.

METHODS OF PRESENTING THE SUBJECT
Keeping a Personal pro forma Diary of progress in each practice section and returning to Tutor for comment / advice.

ABOUT THE TUTOR: PAM HORTON
OUTLINE PLAN FOR THE RUNNING OF THE COURSE
- You will Register and pay on line. Print out these two pages to keep track.
- Your Tutor will be informed through the web site that you have been registered and will receive confirmation of all your contact details which you have filled in on line at 1. above.
- Your Tutor will send you a welcome letter with all their contact details (by email) confirming to you within a few days, unless away on holiday.
- At the same time, they will give you a date for when you can expect to receive your material. This may be within 2 weeks or six months depending upon the course start date you have chosen
- Confirm to your Tutor, when you receive your course material, and also contact by email or phone should you have any queries.
There will be 2 CD’s. CD 1 will be the audio practice/information CD.
CD2 will have the course material files on.
You will download CD 2 onto your PC and print off, to give you a clearer overall view
Then you will work on screen for the material which is to be returned to your Tutor. - Begin your course.
- You will have all the dates for completion in the letter you have had at 4 above.
- Follow the dates carefully and let your Tutor know, should there be any holdup due to health, life event etc.
- When you have returned all your material to your Tutor and your Tutor has returned the material back to you, with their comments, then confirm that you have received it.
- Finally, to complete the course, you will go back on line into your membership number and your original password chosen when at 1 above. Bring up the course evaluation page and fill in on line.
- When you enter the completed Evaluation, you will only then be registered as completed and gain the 7.5 CPD points and receive your Certificate.
So, please make sure that you send the Evaluation, otherwise your Office record will not be ‘official’ - There will be an additional button on your course tabs which you can enter to pass any other comments about the course and also suggestions for future topics
