New Education Chair: Leslie Isaacson

A message from Leslie:

Warm greeting from your newly elected Education Chair. The election was hardly a nailbiting Gore/Bush final, nor was there any need for a recount! Be that as it may, I would like to thank the DCTs who entrusted me with this important position. I will continue to develop and extend the good work Hilary has done and a big thanks to her as well. We wish her well in the future.

The Wheel had an impressive stand at the Yoga Show, which was well staffed and attracted huge interest from the many hundreds of visitors. It is a credit to our organisation that the many people I personally spoke to acknowledged that our teacher training course is the gold standard by which other courses are judged. Our position in this regard will be further consolidated once we have in place the new Y qualification, about which you will doubtless hear more about in the future.
