May 2020 online class schedule From Monday 1st June SpiritLevel Yoga will be hosting a new look online class schedule* as follows: Monday: Breathe and relax @ 2.30pm - 3.30pm Tuesday: Chair yoga @ 10am – 11am Wednesday: Hatha yoga @ 7pm – 8pm Thursday: Pranayama made simple @ 5pm - 6pm Friday: Chair yoga @ 10am – 11am Saturday: Gentle Hatha yoga @ 10.30am – 11.30am Hatha Yoga: This is a chance to get back onto your mat. We will be working with a range of lying, sitting and standing postures. Having a mat is essential for this class to ensure your physical safety. Gentle Hatha Yoga: Starting from lying and moving to grounding floorwork/sitting postures. Having a mat is essential for this class to ensure your physical safety. Breathe and Relax: Basic breathing, concentration and relaxation techniques. In yoga practice, the breath becomes a powerful tool to rid the body of tension, make it healthy and strong, and calm the emotions and mind. It is a doorway to entering a state of mindfulness, stillness and connection. Chair Yoga: This is the perfect practice to improve strength and flexibility at home. By moving slowly and mindfully, you can ease and loosen tight areas of your body in a safe and supportive way. You might be surprised at how the simple movements can work as deeply as the postures on your mat! Pranayama made simple: We will be continuing with the 12 week course (currently 8 weeks in)
