Course Title – BWYQ Level 4 Certificate in Teaching Yoga (RQF) 

The aim of the Certificate Course is to educate and enable learners, both professionally and practically, to teach yoga asanas, breathing practices and relaxation to clients that have a wide variety of capacities, capabilities and experiences. The course will equip students with an underlying knowledge and understanding of yoga principles and philosophy but students are also expected to continue to deepen their understanding and knowledge through personal practice and reflection.

The BWYQ Level 4 Certificate in Yoga Teaching (RQF) can be studied as a progression route on to the Level 4 Diploma in Yoga Teaching (RQF); which is comprised of the first 5 units of the certificate and then 3 further units to achieve the Diploma.

Enable students to become proficient, skilled, and confident reflective yoga teachers.
Teaching Asana: Observation, Adjustment
The Historical and Philosophical Background of Yoga 
Applied Anatomy and Physiology and the Teaching of Asana
Yoga Breathing Practices and Relaxation 
Planning for Teaching and the Responsibilities of a Yoga teacher 
Planning and Delivering a Yoga Course

Moli Yoga coordinator, Natasha is a British Wheel of Yoga Level 4 Teacher, Diploma Course Tutor (DCT), and Foundation 1 Tutor and Dru Yoga Therapist, who has been practising yoga for over 20 years and teaching yoga for 10 years. She is a researcher and a tutor at the University of Nottingham and previously worked as a post-doctoral Research Fellow at the University of St Andrews. 

Natasha applies this exploratory approach to the practise. As Yoga is an inherently therapeutic, ancient practise she is confident it is for everyone at any age, with any physical condition. She enjoys sharing the benefits of Yoga as it embraces the whole person to find deeper ways of connecting and being.
