CNHC's register has met the demanding standards of the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care and has been approved as an Accredited Register by this authority.
The CNHCs quality mark demonstrates a commitment to professionalism and high standards and can be displayed by all CNHC registered practitioners. The public and those who commission the services of complementary healthcare practitioners can look for the mark and so choose these services with confidence. General Medical Council (GMC) guidance confirms that doctors are able to refer patients to practitioners on Accredited Registers.
CNHC has agreed that The British Wheel of Yoga may verify applications for CNHC registration and we encourage members to register with the CNHC if they have completed a Yoga Therapy course listed on the CNHC website in order to gain the CNHC quality mark. If you wish to register, please download and complete the Request to register form and send it to the BWY Central Office, together with a covering letter demonstrating that you meet the CNHC requirements.
