The Pancha Vayus / Inner Winds
Yoga traditions describe the Vayu's as the five movements or functions of prana.
This day is an exploration of techniques helping to develop our knowledge and understanding of these aspects of our energetic or sacred body (Tibetan).
The day will cover asana, bandha, mantra,pranayama, kriya, meditation and philosophy of these "otherworldly” aspects of ourselves and to develop a practice and teaching plans that integrate these in class.
Lead by Sarah O’Connor BWY Dip and Head of MindFLowYoga Accredited Group training school.Sarah has been teaching yoga for over 20 years, running weekly classes, workshops, retreats, 500hr and post graduate qualifications in yoga.
Sarah's personal practice and teaching is influenced by Yungdrung Bön and the teachings of
Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche,Buddhism and with in-depth practice of pranayama and mantra froma wide range of schools and thought.
