Sally trained in 1999 with Mary Stewart, who had worked with Iyengar and Vanda Scaravelli. Sally has worked with many Scaravelli influenced teachers but also with the Yin method of held poses and with Julie Friedebergers healing interpretation of breath, movement and balanced attention. She has an eclectic but always experiential style, where the student is the expert on their body, thoughts and feelings. Her blog Yoga with Your Slippers On, is read all over the world by people interested in a relaxed approach to integrating yoga, meditation and mindfulness in everyday life.
