John is a teacher of many years’ standing, whose former strong style has metamorphosed into a subtle and extremely thorough practice. Beginning and ending with thoughtful relaxation, graded stretches will be taken very much at your own pace through the session, combined with simple but profound breathing practices.
John draws from many influences including martial arts and sports stretches, and continues to learn and take fresh inspiration into class. He inspires confidence with attentiveness to students and calm individual direction where needed. His quiet voice and expertise with how energy moves through the body may well leave you feeling flexible, strong and relaxed.

teacher each week. As in the past, it is
open to members and non-members of the British Wheel of Yoga.

The 2-hour long sessions are suitable for students with at least one year’s practice or class attendance. You can sign up for any or all of the nine sessions. Please bring your usual yoga equipment.
