I have had over 40 years of teaching yoga British wheel Diploma Teacher & PGCH Health Care. As my first steps into Yoga life began in late 1970 with many classes in Hatha Yoga but I would live the class feeling as if I had not really experienced a true full mind body spirit, fulfillment, body yes. That was not until I attended two classes one was Sivananda and the other the British Wheel of Yoga, both were excellent and so I went on to take the Sivananda teacher training in 1980 this was a very start for me and gave me the confidence to go on and take the BWY Dip and passing in May 2004. Over the years my way of teaching has changed many times, from very strong in my 40s more meditative in my 50s and person-centered now. With classes in Health Clubs and Community Associations, along with being on Eastern region Committee as Reginal Officer and County rep for West Essex & East London now Editor. I have given a lot of my life to yoga happily always and the teaching of it. Thank you for reading this. please email me email@example.com thank you. Angela
