About the Online Zoom Event
Being Creative involves the use of imagination, original ideas, experimenting, being expressive, resourceful, inspired. It can involve creative thinking that includes problem-solving, writing, visual art, communication skills, and open-mindedness. Doesn’t this describe a professional yoga teacher?
In this online workshop, we will explore creative ways to inspire our students. Ideas for preparing, warming, and developing the body physically, energetically, and spiritually. Come away with new ideas for your classes and teaching. Expect a physical practice that you can try out online with fun use of props as well as a talk on class planning.
The afternoon section will be a "Ask the teacher series "– please send your questions to Andrea and she will lead the group.
Teachers can claim CPD points.
