Aims of the Morning
To introduce participants to the body’s happy hormones – what they are and how they link to your yoga practice.
Objectives
To introduce the body’s happy hormones, explore how these are produced within the body and what we can do to encourage their production, within both our own yoga practice and in the classes we teach. We will use Brain-Move exercises and drills that are easy to implement within yoga based poses.
Aims of the Afternoon
To introduce the role that our hormones play in practical neuroscience.
Objectives
By the end of the workshop participants will have a fuller understanding of the body’s happy hormones, practical neuroscience and a ‘tool box’ of neurological drills that can be implemented within their yoga practice to naturally encourage the body’s happy hormones.
