About the Event
offers a particular approach to Asana and to a great extent, we make our
decisions based on whether it fits into our week. But there are other factors.
Do we enjoy it? Does it do what it says on the tin?
We are of course, all different and understanding something about our uniqueness can be helpful in deciding what kind of Yoga class is best suited for us.
This workshop will explore the principles behind why certain systems suit us better than others and how we can adapt our own practice and potentially the classes we run for our students to take Ayurvedic principles into account. Considerations include: The season, the time of day, the time of life and some basic common ailments.
