Summary

About Dawn WESSELBY

I am a BWY trained teacher with over 19 years experience and also a DCT (teacher trainer) . I am also qualified in Kundalini Yoga and Restorative Yoga (with Judith Lassiter). I have also undertaken modules in Philosophy, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra and Yoga for Mental Health. I am also a Yoga In Health Alliance teacher. I have always been interested in energy and have been exploring the pancha vayus and how that can inform our teaching and personal practice. I am also qualified in a number of complimentary therapies including Reiki, crystal therapy and shamanic healing as well as physical practices such as massage and reflexology. I feel that yoga is a wonderful tool to help us understand ourselves and the world around us and how we can apply that to our daily lives to help us deal with living in modern times.
