Summer Yoga in Cambs Week 2 with Rachael Moore
Tutor: Rachael Moore
Date: 1st August 2018
Time: 19:30 - 21:30
Rachael Moore is based in Girton and trained with Camyoga, where she is a longstanding and popular teacher with a harmonious blend of the physical and spiritual in her classes. She is a trained Restorative and Yin Yoga teacher and her training also includes Pregnancy Yoga and Mother & Baby yoga. She describes her style as ‘Hatha Flow’, whereby each posture or asana flows into the next.
Part of the summer session will be dynamic flow with careful attention to personal alignment, and the second part of the session will have a more restorative vibe. She also works with essential oils in many of her classes, so they may well make an appearance.
She says: "What may start out as a purely physical activity can develop into a more complex mental or spiritual practice.”
The Summer programme aims to help you keep up your practice through the summer with the chance to work with a different teacher each week. As in the past, it is open to members and non-members of the British Wheel of Yoga.
The 2-hour long sessions are suitable for students with at least one year’s practice or class attendance. You can sign up for any or all of the six sessions. Each session costs £9 for BWY members and £12 for non-members.
Please bring your usual yoga equipment.
