Date: 15th August 2018
Time: 19:30 - 21:30
Denise is a well-known teacher who has taken classes and workshops in and around Cambridgeshire for many years. She gives a thoughtful Hatha practice integrating all the facets of yoga.
She also has classes for Parkinson’s Disease patients, and her training includes Mindfulness, Children's Yoga, and Pranayama modules. Her workshops include 'Yoga for backs', ‘Developing Meditation for beginners’, ‘Yoga for sport’ and 'Developing your own practise at home’.
She says: "My classes are carefully structured to work on the whole person.”
The Summer programme aims to help you keep up your practice through the summer with the chance to work with a different teacher each week. As in the past, it is open to members and non-members of the British Wheel of Yoga.
The 2-hour long sessions are suitable for students with at least one year’s yoga practice. You can sign up for any or all of the six sessions. Each session costs £9 for BWY members and £12 for non-members.
Please bring your usual yoga equipment.
