Summer Yoga in Cambs Week 6 with Beverley Nolan
Tutor: Beverley Nolan
Date: 29th August 2018
Time: 19:30 - 21:30
Beverley is based in Cambridge and is interested in the subtle connections between our anatomy and our well-being. She is a teacher-trainer with qualifications in Restorative Yoga and Embodied Anatomy, and offers classes sensitive to those who have suffered trauma. She is also interested in inspiring others to write journals in pranayama, poetry or other explorations of the self.
She says: "I draw on the principles of mind-body centring and intelligent movement, so always expect attention to detail and a slow mindful approach to moving through your practice with me.”
The Summer programme aims to help you keep up your practice through the summer with the chance to work with a different teacher each week. As in the past, it is open to members and non-members of the British Wheel of Yoga.
The 2-hour long sessions are suitable for students with at least one year’s yoga practice. You can sign up for any or all of the six sessions. Each session costs £9 for BWY members and £12 for non-members.
Please bring your usual yoga equipment.
