The approach to practice will be anchored in an awareness of our relationship to the ground and to gravity. We will be sensitive to the breath, and to the spread of movement through our spine, and indeed the whole of ourself, in a wide range of poses, including sitting.
The pace of the day will include periods of ‘pause’ to allow time for quiet and rest, so that we can notice and reflect on our experience.
Lisa has been teaching yoga since 1996 and is co-director of the BWY accredited London Yoga Teacher Training Course. She is also currently a third year student on the London Feldenkrais (Awareness Through Movement) Training.
