Working with the Chakras
We will explore the chakras through asana, colour, meaning and mantra. We will work with a range of asanas including Surya Namaskara and two different sequences of the 7-Way Stretch focusing on the chakras as we work.
Meditation, mudra and sound will also be integral in both the morning and afternoon sessions.
The day will be practical, basic and down to earth. We will look too at how to integrate the chakras into classes for those with experience of yoga.
"Yoga heals, nourishes and challenges us. The practice infiltrates every corner of our lives."
