Brain-Move is suitable for movers, yoga practitioners and teachers from all backgrounds/different styles of yoga and at all levels from beginners through to advanced. 

You can think about it as a toolbox to help 'reset' the button; a pre-practice to optimise the practice. It is proving to be highly popular with yoga practitioners due to it's fast, effective and dramatic improvements on:

Stephen Braybrook - BSc, MSc
Aka The Movement Man
Movement expert, biomechanist, author, innovator and creator of Brain-Move 

Stephen Braybrook, aka The Movement Man, has his Masters Degree in Biomechanics and is internationally known for teaching and helping others free their pain patterns through movement. He brings a completely fresh perspective to the arena of movement and is the innovator and creator of Brain-Move.
