This training aims to develop teachers practical knowledge, philosophical knowledge and relevance of Pancha Vayus, in our own life and in delivery of yoga classes. By deepening students understanding of the Vayus and enabling integration of this understanding in their own classes through practice of pranayama, mudra, bandha, mantra, meditation, relaxation, discussion and practical application.

This day is aimed at Teachers with a keen interest in yoga of the inner path. Deeper awareness of these subtle energy practices can have a powerfully trans-formative affect upon our body, mind & spirit union. Translated into our own teaching delivery it can help students come to a deeper understanding of their own yoga practice and personal life journey. 

It may be helpful for attendees to bring their own copies of:
A variety of translations is always interesting for discussion.
Your Usual yoga equipment.

Sarah had been teaching yoga since 1998 and is the director of MindFlowYoga  a teacher training school  and accredited group with the BWY. She also runs, 500 hour teacher training courses, pranayama and the foundations of mantra course and a BWY Foundation, along with training days and regular workshops on energy body practices and meditation. Her main study these days is Bön Tibetan practices and her teacher is Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche, founder and director of the Ligmincha Institute and several centers named Chamma Ling, organisations dedicated to the study and practice of the teachings of the Bön tradition.
