I am so excited to offer this session. It will be a short introduction into Ayurveda, no prior knowledge is needed, only a keen interest.
We are going to look at Ayurveda through the autumn and the winter, regarding food and herbs with their health benefits. Most of our "medicine” we can find in our kitchen larder. I will be sharing recipes. This will be on how to stay healthy through the winter months.
I would like to introduce you into easy at home to practice face, foot and hand massage which we are going to practice together.
The session is going to end with a restorative practice for all the information to sink in and be digested.
If that sound interesting, I would love to see you.
