Do you wish to explore the various aspects of the chakras and develop a deeper understanding of this subtle energy system? This day is a combination of theory, asana, pranayama, chants, meditation and yoga nidra; offering an overview of the chakra paradigm and its practical significance.
Swami Krishnapremananda will guide us through practices which consider the various concepts of the chakras; from the governing site, colours, symbols, associated qualities, meditations for each chakras to the seed mantras and psychic pathways.
The aim of the day is to inspire
you to teach the system with confidence and incorporate it in to your own practice
and that of your students as this training offers themes and practices for you to incorporate into your lesson and course plans.
About the Tutor
We are delighted to welcome Swami Krishnapremananda from out BWY accredited group in Wales: Mandala Yoga Ashram. Swami Krishnapremanada has been a full time resident of Mandala Yoga Ashram for many years and has trained in many aspects of yogic practice, assimilating them through direct personal experience. With a teaching style that is simple and accessible, he is rooted in a respect for the unique personal growth of each practitioner/ student.
