Information about the course

Ready to discover yoga in more depth and take your practice to a different level? Do you have at least 2 years of yoga experience? This will be a great course to learn about the roots and history of yoga, how the practices have evolved and why after all this time they are still relevant and of use today.

This highly recommended BWY course is designed with a combination of both practical and theoretical aspects of yoga, we’ll explore asana, pranayama, meditation, relaxation and philosophy.

For those who wish to train as a BWY yoga teacher this course offers a great platform for all teaching courses.

Course Tutor

Laura Le Feuvre, is an experienced BWY Diploma Teacher, teaching in the SW London to people from all walks of life. A qualified nurse, Laura brings this experience into yoga and has a keen interest in promoting yoga for well-being and health.She teaches a range of classes from asana to meditation, yoga therapeutics to pregnancy yoga and trauma informed yoga. Her classes are richly woven with the philosophy of yoga and her aim is to bring these ancient teaching to life in an accessible way.

Laura is a Diploma Course Tutor and currently teaching the 500hour BWY Diploma yoga teacher training course in Richmond.

Course dates:

September 2019 to March 2020. 10 course days meeting over 7 months. Saturdays 1130am – 630pm.
