This wonderful 60-hour course offers you the perfect opportunity to deepen your Yoga knowledge and develop your personal practice with a well-respected teacher who has 15 years’ teaching experience. It is also an excellent preparation for teacher training.
Covering both theory and practice, you will study asana, pranayama, relaxation, meditation, mudra, prana, Yoga philosophy and so, so much more. There is no formal written assessment but you will be encouraged (and supported) to keep a journal to record your journey of learning and personal development.
The course takes place in the beautiful coastal town of Lytham in Lancashire, North West England. There is a variety of accommodation available for those who wish to stay overnight or for the weekend to explore the stunning coast and local countryside.
I welcome applications from Yoga students with a minimum of 2 years’ consistent class practice.
2019/2020 course dates: The first Saturday of every month from 7 September 2019 to 6 June 2020.
