Information about the course:
A personal development course in Mindfulness for Health. This course will explore traditional mindfulness practises, using meditation and yoga as well as looking at modern approaches of neuroscience to help keep mind and body healthy.
Emphasis will be placed on Mindfulness in action, using everyday opportunities to be mindful and improve quality of life, happiness and health.
