A sixty hour course to encourage personal development and deepen your experience and understanding of all aspects of yoga.
You will explore many varied yoga practices including, asana, pranayama, meditation and relaxation. During the course you will spend time learning about the history and philosophy that underpins yoga and develop personal practices.
This course provides a wonderful opportunity to deepen your relationship, knowledge and enjoyment of Yoga. For students interested, it provides excellent grounding for teacher training.
Course requirements are, that you have been practising Yoga for 2 years and attend a regular weekly yoga class.
Introductory afternoon 26th January 2020 11am - 2pm
The Course will run once a month for 10 months (all dates are Sunday's)
19th April, 31st May, 14th June, 19th July, 23rd August,20th September, 18th October, 15th November, 29th November, 13th December, 10th January as an emergency day, which hopefully we won't need
£660 (this includes £60 British Wheel of Yoga registration fee)
Membership of BWY is also a requirement and can be done online at www.bwy.org.uk (£37)
