Information about the course - Do you love your Yoga and are ready to deepen your practice by taking a step? The Foundation Course 1 is designed to develop and explore all aspects of Yoga including Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Breathing techniques, Relaxation and Chanting and much more.
This is a wonderful course, that previous students have said allows them to learn with like minded people, but most importantly explore what their practice means to them, without pressure. I try and engage all learning styles and the classes are relaxed, warm and friendly.
The course is intended for students who would like to develop their knowledge of Yoga further as well as a good stepping stone to your British Wheel of Yoga Diploma.
