Yoga Therapy is a growing holistic therapeutic intervention both in NHS and privately, for chronic health conditions, especially following the recent pandemic of covid 19. This course is a personal development modular course for qualified teachers to develop skills in providing safe and effective yoga therapy practises that are appropriate for specific physical and mental chronic health conditions. The focus will be ‘person centered’ as opposed to ‘one cure fits all’ and teachers will learn to be more adept and creative in using different models of practise suitable for the needs of individuals and the conditions they suffer from. This course places emphasis on the healing powers of Nature. Following the course, you will have the option to apply for the full 550 hours qualification as a Yoga Therapist.
