Information about the course
There often comes a point in your Yoga journey when you want to deepen your understanding of this beautiful science and develop your own personal practice.
This wonderful 60-hour course offers you the perfect opportunity to do so and under the guidance of a well-respected teacher who has 17 years’ teaching experience. It is also an excellent preparation for teacher training.
Covering both theory and practice, over the course of the ten months you will deepen your understanding of asana, pranayama, relaxation, meditation, mantra and the Yoga of sound, the hasta mudras, prana, the chakras and the subtle body, Yoga philosophy and so, so much more.
Learning will be done in a structured way and comprehensive course notes will be provided. There is no formal written assessment but you will be encouraged (and supported) to keep a journal to record your journey of learning and personal development.
This will be a blended course with 6 of the 10 sessions taking place in the beautiful coastal town of Lytham in Lancashire, North West England. There is a variety of accommodation available for those who wish to stay overnight or for the weekend to explore the stunning coast and local countryside. The remaining 4 sessions will be taught via Zoom.
I welcome applications from Yoga students from all backgrounds with a minimum of 2 years’ consistent class practice.
