Information about the course:
This wonderful course provides you with all the knowledge
and experience of the fundamentals of yoga. Perfect for those wishing to deepen
their understanding of this beautiful art & science that is yoga. The
course will lead you on a journey through the chakras, the 8 limbs, yoga texts,
asana, breath and so much more. The course will equip you with the tools to
create a balanced home practice.
The Foundation also serves as an excellent steppingstone to Teacher Training, which will follow this course.
The 10 monthly meetings will be fun, inspiring & uplifting.
