British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Course with Wendy Teasdill, starting December 2017 in Glastonbury.
This experiential and creative course is 60 hours long and suitable both for practitioners wishing to deepen their experience of Yoga and those who would like to go on to teach Yoga. You are supported in exploring the physical and philosophical avenues of Yoga and in developing a personal practice which is right for you. Participants are expected to practise yoga regularly, attend regular yoga classes and keep a yoga journal; a certificate is awarded upon completion.
Dates: December 9th; January 20th; February 3rd; March 4th; April 21st; May 5th ; June 9th; July 14th & 15th.
Times: (9.30/10.00 -5.00/5.30, Saturdays and one Sunday)

Payment: Cost of course: £660, payable to Wendy Teasdill. £160 will secure you a place on the course – a combination of your deposit and the BWY registration fee of £60. There is the option of paying in instalments.
In addition you will need to become a member of the British Wheel of Yoga - £34 for a year.

About Wendy Teasdill
Wendy Teasdill breathed her way into Yoga in the late seventies, following an overland trip to India ... She has studied in Pune, India, with Mr. Iyengar and his family on several occasions since 1989, and their influence underpins her practice to this day. Wendy integrates Pranayama, Philosophy,Mudras, Bandhas, chanting and humour into her teaching. She does two BWY distance learning courses on the pelvic floor and is forever, is a DCT, teaches the Pregnancy Yoga Module and is starting the Mudras and Bandhas module.
