There is no compulsory homework, however keeping a practice journal as well as further study for your own interest is supported and encouraged. To qualify for the certificate minimum 80% attendance is required.
The aim is to broaden and deepen your knowledge and experience of yoga and to consider how you may want to develop your own practice in the future or move towards training as a yoga teacher.
