Discover yogic alchemy by transforming your yoga practice into a deeper and more conscious experience.

Through six one-day meetings over a six-month period, this brand new module gives you the space to gain new insight into every aspect of yoga.  It will help your understanding and experience of how the transformative fire of yoga impacts on your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies – how yogic alchemy can purify and refine.

Aimed at students with at least five years yogic experience, wanting to develop their yogic skill-set and mind/body wisdom, this module will be run as a small group in a beautiful dedicated yoga studio, surrounded by water and a lovely walled garden.    Shared vegetarian lunch.

Rosie Wright is a yoga teacher and trainer of many years standing, working at national and local levels, across industry, the arts and education.  Her playful and challenging approach draws out the best in her students, enabling them to work with deep assurance and a graceful heart.  

Cost:- £600, £60 BWY registration fee, payable by SO instalments 

By the end of the module, students will have:- 
 
1.Studied in depth asanas, pranayama, meditation, kriyas and bandhas, gaining an understanding and experience of the energetics underlying the study. 
2.Examined and practised purification practices as a basis for refinement on many levels. 
3.Explored Yantra yoga, chakras and mandalas.
4.Surveyed the world of alignment principles in yoga that enhance the flow of prana through the system.
5.Experienced how all this investigation and practice can transform them at a profound level.   
6.Studied both ancient and modern texts which enrich understanding of yogic alchemy.
