About the Tutor
Sarah has been teaching yoga, mindfulness and meditation since 1989. She has trained extensively in four major faith traditions: Christianity, Hinduism, Sufism and Buddhism, having been a novice nun in both Hinduism and Christianity.
She is a fully trained self-compassion teacher by having trained in the USA with the best people in the field.
Aims of the Day
An investigation of Mindfulness and Self Compassionincluding:vmindfulness in daily lifevself-compassion in daily lifevhere and now stone (please bring a small stone)vletting go of resistancevloving kindnessvcultivating the inner self compassionate being
Also including teachings about compassion and kindness.
