About the Tutor

Lesley has been practising and teaching yoga for over 30 years. Having trained with the British Wheel of Yoga, she has since deepened her knowledge and experience of yoga by studying with a senior Iyengar teacher, many followers of the Krishnamacharya tradition and more recently she has been exploring the nurturing effects of restorative yoga. All her studies and teaching hope to provide participants with a holistic experience of yoga, to experience yoga as transforming and nourishing. Her sessions are filled with joie de vivre and consistent linking of on the mat yoga with off the mat daily life.
