If Covid19 regulations require nearer the time, this may change to Zoom Online meetup, as with all yoga meetups in these strange times, watch this space!

Nearby woodland walks with plenty of parking is provided with pickups available from Havant station. Please notify if required.

Our regular summer festival had to be delayed, but we hope still to go ahead with a gathering of souls to mark our year.

For our celebratory day we will have visiting teachers:

10:00 – 11.15 Welcome, and a start into yoga with Brian Meredith a joint South Hants Rep, warming us to the day. Brian’s background in martial arts and Buddhism has an influence within his yoga teachings, he is a popular teacher from the West Wight.

14:30-15.45 A bright positive wellbeing Kundalini session with Sarah Hari Baldev will be provided in the afternoon.
