Are you interested in the wider aspects of yoga? In this workshop we will explore yoga philosophy and Ayurveda to find out why Five Element Theory might be helpful in yoga practice (physically and mentally), teaching and life in general; finding out how this model can help us find balance in our approach to asana through the cultivation of sensory attention. Through personal and group assessments of 5-element balance we will discover how to see the elements of earth, fire, water, air and space in ourselves and each other.

Ade works as a Rolfer, Craniosacral Therapist, and Yoga teacher. Ade’s bodywork studies and practice deeply informs his teaching.  Starting from an daily ashtanga practice, he studied with Nancy Gilgoff , influenced by teachings inspired by the work of Vanda Scaravelli through explorations with Suzi Daw .He was blessed to study the Dharma with Sonia Moriceau.
