"The goal of yoga - to remember one’s connection to the Supreme Source, eternal happiness itself. There are many yoga practices that can guide a person along the way to that magical remembering of who he or she really is .” Sharon Gannon
In this workshop we will explore ten simple spiritual practices designed for profound results. Each practice has a unique spiritual intention you can customise for your lifestyle and home practice. Included are affirmations, asana, dance, bandha, kriyas, pranayama, meditation and relaxation . Andrea includes an Asana lab, where we consider how we view asana , break them down when they can appear challenging and change our view of them .
This is mainly a physical day suitable for all levels and abilities.
We are delighted to welcome Andrea back to the region. A day with Andrea always leaves you exhilarated and upbeat in life
