Tutor: Zoe Brown
Date: 5th December 2020
Time: 10:00 - 15:45
Slowing down is something we are aware we all need to do more and more in this day and age. The day is designed to inspire and open doors into your yin practise to help you slow down and observe your mind and body.
During this online workshop , we will explore the set sequence of Thai Yin Yoga and practise Yin poses looking at how using props enriches the experience and how our meridian lines are opened during the practise. It will encourage an introspective and meditative approach to your yoga practise and offer up the opportunity to really Get into your Yin. This day is suitable for all levels.
There will be 2 sessions
A few days before the event, the zoom link and additional information will be sent out
