Slowing down is something we are aware we all need to do more and more in this day and age. The day is designed to inspire and open doors into your yin practise to help you slow down and observe your mind and body.
During the day we will explore the set sequence of Thai Yin Yoga and practise Yin poses looking at how using props enriches the experience and how our meridian lines are opened during the practise. It will encourage an introspective and meditative approach to your yoga practise and offer up the opportunity to really Get into your Yin. This day is suitable for all levels.
Zoe took up yoga in her late 30s to alleviate sciatica from her second pregnancy. Zoe has been influenced by Iyengar and Hatha yoga and is also inspired by Yin . Zoe holds a BWY 500 diploma, is a qualified Pregnancy yoga teacher and has taken additional yin training with Norman Blair.
