Face Yoga is a combination of facial exercises, massages, acupressure and relaxation. This natural method will help to lift and tone the skin, giving you a more healthy, glowing appearance.
In the same way that your body needs regular exercises to stay tones and firm, so do the muscles in your face, neck and head.
Learn how to relax the face and reduce the effects of stress on the skin, allowing your skin to radiate from the inside out.
As a child Beverley trained as a dancer with the Royal Ballet at Elmshurst Ballet School, during which time her love of movement developed.
After practicing yoga for over 15 years she trained to be a Yoga teacher in London, in 2016 she qualified as an Accredited Teacher to the BWY and Yoga Alliance UK. Her regular classes focus on physical alignment in order to create strength, flexibility and body awareness. She encouraged everyone to practice yoga and believes that we all can benefit physically and mentally from practicing.
Beverley also teaches Restorative Yoga, a practice often refered to as 'Active Relaxation'. Before teaching Yoga she worked in the Beauty industry, which led her to be interested in Face Yoga. The combination of techniques in Face Yoga allows everyone to maintain a natural, healthy appearance - feeling happy and confident in their skin.
