As we relax and release in our yoga practice, the natural tidal movements of our breathing, and then our spine, can start to re-emerge. And by taking our attention away from ‘the pose,’ and into these inner rhythms, we can learn how to move with them, how to gently encourage them, and how to let them guide us from within.This experiential workshop will be posture based, with periods of relaxation and sitting practice woven in.
