Time: 10:00 - 15:45

Location: Online

Type of Event: CPD

Event fully booked - please email to go on the waiting list. This is an opportunity to spend a day exploring your anatomy & gaining a better understanding of how your body moves, giving you a deeper sense of freedom in postures and lightness in your joints. Gary will explain the principle of Tensegrity and the concept of the Muscle Matrix Network. He will then relate these to postures, movement and the breath.

Gary brings his own unique teaching style together with his ‘skeletal’ models to give a great insight into how the body moves in yoga postures and the potential problems if we overlook the anatomical aspect of how we work. These sessions are great for both teachers and students who want more in depth knowledge of how to approach postures.
