Neuro Linguistic programming (NLP) is now universally recognised as the way forward for applied psychology. Its applications are manifold. You may come across NLP in relation to therapy or coaching. however, NLP is equally at home in advanced communication and is used by exceptional teachers and trainers.
The inclusion of NLP in your practice can lead to considerable and immediate benefits. You will find that you are more effective and your students will be able to achieve much more that they thought possible.
Antonia came across NLP 30 years ago, after completing an extensive training course over 8 years, she developed and experimented with NLP techniques and how to apply them to yoga practices, she discovered that students could perform their postures with much more ease, focus and consequently go deeper into stretches . Students discover strength and energy that enable them to stay longer in the strenuous postures.
All learning materials of this course are transferable immediately to your own teaching
