The objectives of the morning are to introduce Brain-Move exercises and drills that are easy to implement within yoga based poses with focus on
1) Movement preference/ imbalances and how to correct
2) How the eyes influence movement and how we can test for imbalances and correct.
The afternoon will show participants the ways in which brain body integration effects our yoga practice. The focus will be on
1) Balance reflexes - identify and correct
2) the connection between jaw and tongue, identifying any imbalances and correcting.
By the end of the workshop participants will have a fuller understanding of practical neuroscience and a tool box of neurological drills that can be implemented within their yoga practice to assist with enhanced flexibility, freedom of movement and mobility.
