Tutor: Mark MAUNSELL-THOMAS
Date: 26th June 2021
Time: 10:00 - 16:00
Come and have an immersive experience of Yoga Nidra. This course will offer you an insight into the practice of Yoga Nidra, it's structure, history, therapeutic applications, and as a tool for meditation.
The day will include 3 Yoga Nidra practices as well as asana, pranayama and a meditation practice.
Whether you are new to the practice or have been using it for years, this day will offer an opportunity to renew your relationship with this rejuvenating practice.
This day is not intended to train you to teach the practice, but is an introduction should you wish to pursue this further via an appropriate module.
Mark aka Atmamantra is a teacher with many years experience of teaching many of them out in India,
He assisted the late Swami Satyaprakash when she came to Exeter to teach both the Yoga Nidra module and an 'Antar Mouna' course.
Mark lives in Kingsbridge with his partner and their 2 daughters.
Please bring your usual yoga gear and something for lunch - there will not be a shared lunch or tea facilities for the time being.
