Come and have an immersive experience of Yoga Nidra. This course will offer you an insight into the practice of Yoga Nidra, it's structure, history, therapeutic applications, and as a tool for meditation. The day will include 3 Yoga Nidra practices as well as asana, pranayama and a meditation practice. Whether you are new to the practice or have been using it for years, this day will offer an opportunity to renew your relationship with this rejuvenating practice. This day is not intended to train you to teach the practice, but is an introduction should you wish to pursue this further via an appropriate module.

 Yoga Nidra can have a total of eight stages in the following sequence:

 1.Preparation, settling


 3.Rotation of awareness

 4.Breath awareness

 5. Pairs of opposites
