Not only for yoga teachers, this day is for any body who is curious about yoga therapy and what happens when we use the body as a vehicle for enquiry and creativity. Even if you have previous knowledge and experience, the insights are never the same at any given moment. Dip your toe in or go dive deep, it's up to you...
If you already work therapeutically and would like to:
1. discover even more ways to take your unique gift out into the world
2. Listen less to the inner critic and more to your inner wisdom
3. Re-connect with the intelligence of the body through embodied mindfulness
4. Receive some practices so support your own healing journey
Guided with trauma-sensitivity by yoga therapist and yt trainer at Yoga United Education, Judy Hirsh Sampath
Tutor Bio
During an intensely emotional period in her life, Judy came to a profound insight through her yoga therapy sessions - What would happen if I focused on what is right with me instead of trying to fix what is wrong with me? The truth was simple and Judy has been exploring ways into the body’s wisdom ever since. As a yoga therapist and educator, she engages health seekers, truth seekers and wisdom holders in becoming experts in themselves - to find their own answers, to make wise choices, to stress less and feel good inside.
