Univeristy of Nottingham Survey

Estimated 1 minute read time.
We are a research team in the Division of Epidemiology and Public Health at the University of Nottingham.
We are undertaking a research project which aims to explore the use of yoga in the management of hypertension.

As part of this study, we would like to conduct a survey of yoga teachers and therapists across the UK to find out what types of yoga practice are available nationally and to understand what yoga teachers and therapists know about the use of yoga in people with hypertension.

We intend to do this as an online survey of all yoga teachers and therapists, with some follow-up interviews in a small group.

The online survey will be completely anonymous and we will not collect any contact details from individuals. The survey will take around 10 minutes to complete.

Participants to the survey will be offered the opportunity to be entered into a prize draw of £100.

At the end of the survey, participants will also be asked if they would consider talking to us further about the use of yoga in people with hypertension, and we will give our contact details for them to contact us if so.

Thank you
