Joyful January Yoga: Ease into the new year with a 3 hour workshop to nourish,
recharge & rejuvenate.
As we transition into 2020 this workshop will encourage confidence, clarity and focus. We will work with postures and sequences that connect breath and movement to cultivate self confidence and joy. We will turn inward for self-care and compassion so that this inner awareness sees to our personal needs as we navigate our path amidst an ever changing world.
This workshop will create balance and harmony by blending the skills of two experienced teachers. Di will bring her thoughtful and energetic approach to sequenced poses, endeavouring to build joy and confidence. Jo will encourage listening inwardly so as to support ones shift towards stillness, gaining connection to body, heart and mind.
For all levels including beginners.
